"The four districts that are endemic elephantiasis of disease transmission is also thought to spread more widely because until now has not been studied," he said.
Therefore, this year it has provided medical services in the District Warunggunung. This treatment is one of the efforts to prevent transmission of the elephant so as not to spread foot and attacked residents Lebak.

Although the disease does not kill an elephant foot, patients often bear the social burden in society. According to him, the elephant foot is an infectious disease caused by infection of filarial worms that live in the channels and lymph nodes (lymph nodes) that cause acute and chronic symptoms.
